With a background in accounting and finance, Shane has over 25 years experience managing small to medium sized businesses. He was a co-founder of Anderson Audio Visual where he initially fulfilled the role of Chief Financial Officer. As Chief Executive Officer he was responsible for developing strategy, maximizing growth, and improving profit margins.

Raquel has 20 years experience in Human Resource Management and 10 years as Chief Financial Officer. With experience in the Audio Visual, Staffing, Manufacturing and Government Contracting industries, she brings a wealth of knowledge in management, accounting and human resources to Sparke.
